Manufacturing Process:
- Raw materials are added to a mixer in a specific sequence until the reaction is complete. The mass is then extruded and shaped into bars through a multi screw extrusion plodder. The extruded bar is conveyed to a tablet cutter cum stamper automatic machine for desired size cuts and then taken to a flow wrapping machine.
- The entire manufacturing operation is programmed in PLC placed in MCC as per the customised requirements, with high-quality instruments and equipment provided for efficient and maintenance-free operation and desired quality production.
